As a closeted freelance graphic designer, I stumble onto projects every so often. I am trained in many types of art and design and as a result, can’t seem to just pick one medium and go. I flit. I wander. And participate in some really great collaborations.
I don’t advertise for my design work, but people still seem to find me and I take on their projects. Lately, I have been approached by folks looking to develop a visual identity for their new businesses. So, I put aside my brushes and pins, picked up a stylus and got to work.

-A new community-centered, culturally diverse project created by a seriously gifted musical couple: Luminaria (Cville)

Whether through my mural work, costumes, painting, products or graphics, I aim to enhance communication through visual means. Color, form, composition- all can influence a message, creating a connection. Stories can be told in an instant. Experience can be solidified in memory through the pathways of visual interaction.
I am in the process of transitioning out of my current, steady, reliable employment and moving into design full-time.
